By accessing or using our website www.optimicpress.co.za and purchasing or utilizing any services provided by OptimicPress ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services & Pricing
We offer hardware/software IT support, web development, and business development services. Our listed prices are subject to change. Specific conditions apply to individual services:

Web Development (R650 / page):
CRITICAL NOTICE: The base price of R650 per page covers website design, layout creation, responsiveness, and basic search engine optimization (SEO) implementation. The price strictly excludes the cost of Domain registration fees, Hosting server plans, and advanced domain setup configurations. The client is responsible for purchasing their domain and hosting package separately, though we can assist in linking the domain to our static deployment files.

PC Speed Boost & Upgrades (From R699):
Pricing depends on the specific hardware capacity selected (RAM size, SSD capacity). Physical installation and basic file migration are included.

OS & Software Installation:
Windows Installation is charged at R149, and Software Installation is R99. Software licenses must be provided by the client, or purchased separately.

Consultations & Outsourcing:
Services listed as "Let's have a coffee" are custom-scoped. Pricing and deliverables will be agreed upon during an initial consultation.
3. Client Responsibilities
To make sure our services are delivered efficiently, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary materials, logos, content, or credentials in a timely manner (especially for Web Development).
- Back up any critical data before handing over computers for hardware upgrades or OS installations. While we take every care, we are not liable for accidental data loss on client hard drives.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are negotiated per project. For small services (up to R1000), payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. For larger Web Development projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All hardware parts installed during upgrades (like RAM or SSDs) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. Our labor is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimicPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or hardware.
6. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, ownership of any custom website code or assets created during Web Development is transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our business portfolio.
